Bringing Travellers, Businesses & Organizations Together

In a cooperative each member is equal. Both travellers, and the businesses and organizations offering them services and experiences, are welcome to join.

Together we can collaborate, support each other and, as members are owners, give equal voice to shape travel & exploration across the province. The cooperative's goal is to reveal the hidden gems, experiences and history of rural Alberta.

  • Travellers will be able to download the Travel-ING On mobile app when it is rebranded and released later this spring. It is a searchable, easy-to-use, map-based app full of information that will reduce the need to multiple online searches.

  • It will be a free download. Membership in the coop gives travellers access to exclusive, specials, discunts and other offers.

  • For businesses and organizations we offer cost effective advertising with the potential for dividends, depending on the success of the business.

  • Member's Assistance and Project Development funds are built into our business plan, ensuring all business and organization can take part and projects that meet the cooperatives goals are supported.

  • All members are owners. Each has a voice in directing the business to make travel & exploration the best it can be.

Become a member and help shape a new chapter in the heritage and tourism industries.

Acknowledging Traditional Lands

As a federally incorporated cooperative, we will expand across Canada, with Alberta being the first chapter. The country, as a whole, encompasses the traditional homelands of the First Nation, Metis & Inuit people who have had ties to the land since time immorial.

As a cooperative we respectfully acknowledge the spirit and intent of Treaties 1 to 11 and will form a base that recognizes and includes Indigenous peoples and their histories in our work by involvement or consultation.

Canada is a broad geographical area, that includes a multitude of individual cultures, languages, and groups. Should we fail as we strive for this goal, we ask to be corrected so that we can learn and, in doing so, lead by example for others who wish to show the proper respect, but are unclear of how to do so.
