Lifetime Membership for Travellers, Businesses & Organizations

Lifetime Membership in the Travel-ING In Tourism Cooperative ($25) is open to any individual, business or organization that has an interest in, or who is a stakeholder in, the travel or heritage industries.

As all members are equal owners, this inclusive membership criteria allows members who travel for business or pleasure, and those who provide services and amenities to them, to come together to drive the business forward for the benefit of all. Additional benefits are customized for each group.

Membership for Individuals

In addition, you can help shape new and innovative ways to make exploring Alberta easier, more enjoyable and educational.

As an member-owner you'll receive specials, discounts and other exclusive offers provided by our business members. These offers will grow with the co-op. You can also participate in the Referral Rewards program.

The co-op's current focus is rebranding and releasing its easy-to-use travel and heritage mobile app. Other initiatives will follow and member suggestions are welcome to help shape travel experiences across the province.

The co-op is a grass-roots, community-led initiative founded to collectively to support small businesses, organizations, and heritage preservation across the province. Your membership will help us make an positive impact in communities across Alberta.

Membership For Businesses

Membership is ownership in a cooperative business model. As a member, you will be part of a grass-roots initiative to promote collaboration and cooperation in the travel, tourism & heritage industries. You may also take part in the following options:

Vote towards business decisions that affect the direction of the co-op, its components and programming.
Potentially receive patronage dividends.
Receive a basic site-listing on the mobile app and on our Members & Specials page. and participate in any future advertising options created for business members.
Provide a special, discount or other offer to Individual Members to bring them to your business.
Purchase an 'Premium Advertising Package' for the affordable rate of $250 annually. The package adds images, keywords, information and your logo to your site-listing on the upcoming mobile app and website.
If your business has multiple locations, and you have purchased the Premium Advertising Package, you can add additional locations for $50 annually.

Membership for Organizations

Many in the travel & heritage industries are non-profit, or similar organizations, that provide services, attractions and amenities for travellers. The co-op was founded to create a space of collaboration and support to these industries. As a member-owner who can participate in the direction of the business and future programming these benefits are available to organizations:

Receive a basic site-listing on the movile app and on our Members & Specials Page, and participate in any future advertising options for Lifetime Members.
Provide a special, discount or other offer to Individual Members to bring them to your door.
Purchase a 'Premium Advertising Package' at the affordable rate of $250 annually. The package adds images, keywords, information and your logo to your site-listing on the upcoming mobile app and on the Members & Specials Page of the website.
Your membership includes eligibilty for Advertising Assistance & Project Assistance Grants.
Use the Referral Rewards program as a fundraiser. With any new membership you have referred you will receive $5. When your referral purchases a Premium Advertising Package, you will receive $50, and as those fees are annual, you will create residual income, each time the customer renews their advertisement.
