The following common questions, and their answers, may help clarify certain aspects of the cooperative and the mobile app for you.We will continue to add questions as they arise.
Q:
Is the Travel INGON app available for download?
A:
No, but as of April 2026 the rebuild has started. We still need to raise approximately $11,000 and are doing so through our Project Support Auction, pre-sale of Premium Advertising Package, Sponsorships and donations. We welcome any auction donations or other supports. Once we have a better date for release, we will prepare the marketing campaign to announce its arrival.

What can the app include?
A:
Almost anything that will give app users information to assist them in visiting and engaging them in a community. This can include services they may need while traveling, attractions, or stories about the community - historical or things that they are known for.
Q:
Our municipal website has visitor information on it. Why should we add that to the Travel INGON app?
A:
By blending information from your municipality, with other groups, businesses & organizations, the app gives community guests a complete look at each community making them easy to explore & find services.
Q:
Are you a non-profit?
A:
No - but a cooperative is a business owned by its members. As they can participate in the democratic process directing the business, and those using its services (advertising on the mobile app through site listings) are eligible for patronage dividends this gives more flexibility in supporting our members.
