Join us for an afternoon of collaborate-ING and learn-ING hosted by Fort McMurray Wood Buffalo Economic Development. Each workshop is designed to gain inspiration and ideas from the speakers. Meet Your Facilicator: Sheila Willis

Sheila Willis an author, historian, and community builder who describers herself as a housewife from the bush; and others decribe as inspirational. Always authentic and drive to create a postive impact, she has received numerous awards and mentions for her work in the heritage and tourism industry.

Sheila is also the Founder of the Travel-ING ON Tourism Cooperative and the creator of its mobile app, that is being rebranded for future release. After introducing the participant she will give an overview of the co-op, its member-centred business plan and the Travel INGON mobile app. This opening presentation will set the stage for

other speakers to discuss their ideas on collaboration and share the organizations they are a part of. Each session will be followed by ample time for participants to connect with each other.

Meet the Speakers!

Kim Cardinal (White Bear Rising) is an Indigenous entrepreneur, facilitator, and speaker dedicated to advancing healing, cultural understanding, and community wellness. A proud member of Bigstone Cree Nation within Treaty 8 Territory, raised in Calling Lake, AB, she brings lived experience, resilience, and authenticity to everything she does!

Michael Sieger is Vice President, Tourism & Marketing with Infinity Métis Corporation, where he leads a growing portfolio that includes Discover Wood Buffalo, a tourism experience marketing and sales company; Wood Buffalo Media Group, a full-service media firm; and the McMurray Métis Cultural Centre, a legacy project for the River Métis people of Wood Buffalo. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across tourism, marketing, aviation, hospitality, and commercial development, Michael focuses on building visitor experiences, strengthening partnerships, and creating long-term economic opportunities through destination development.

Diana Noble, Noble Choice Coaching, Ltd. Diana Noble is a serial entrepreneur, High Performance Business Coach and the CEO & Broker of People 1st Realty - a people-first real estate brand currently growing across Canada. Over the past 15 years, she has built, scaled, and successfully sold multiple businesses spanning industries including media, real estate, and legal services, working within both franchise and independent models.

Known for her straight-talk and practical approach, Diana supports entrepreneurs and leaders in strengthening their mindset, systems, and strategy so they can build sustainable, values-driven businesses that grow without burnout. As a PCC credentialed coach, she is passionate about helping entrepreneurs think bigger, lead stronger, and build what’s next with confidence and intention. Through her own experience, she knows there are no limits to what can be achieved with enough determination and focus, and she enjoys helping others challenge the status quo as well.
