Meet the Speakers!

Jacquie Fenske, trained as a teacher, was shaped by politics, and forged through entrepreneurship. Jacquie has built a life by saying “yes” to opportunity. She’s a business owner, community builder, and lifelong volunteer, recognized with several awards. Today, she’s deeply rooted in family business through Fifendekel Pie Shop Cafes, and the companies Experience Alberta and ThreeSixty Alberta two rural focused businesses that evolved from her passion for rural, particularly rural tourism, where she believes the real magic happens:building community, connection, and possibility—often from gravel roads and big ideas.

Walter Preugschas is with the Northwest of 16 Regional Tourism Association. Formed as an operator driven organization, Northwest of 16 encourages networking, and cross-promotions to grow and support tourism in the north-west region of the province.

Final speaker will be added upon confirmation.
